The tour showcased a variety of projects aimed at addressing the housing needs of different community segments, from seniors to families.
Among the highlighted developments was Los Adobes de María 3, which features 34 units designed for agricultural workers. This property not only provides affordable housing but also offers educational programs for children and job preparation resources for adults. Rent for these units is set at $800 per month for families earning 60% or less of the area median income.

Located near essential services and public transport, this community offers amenities such as a community center and a garden, with rents averaging $690 monthly for qualifying residents.
The tour also included the Sierra Sands property, which consists of 184 community housing units for families earning below 60% of the area median income. These units come with various amenities, including a clubhouse and playground, and provide significant rental savings.
Centennial Gardens, another development, offers 160 residential units for families earning up to 70% of the area median income, featuring spacious apartments and community facilities that promote family engagement.
Lastly, Santa Fe Studios caters to seniors aged 55 and older, providing 160 studio apartments with modern amenities and a rental savings of approximately $910 per month. The development is conveniently located near public transport and essential services.
