Denton County Housing Authority plans major upgrades to affordable housing units

Lewisville City Council has taken significant steps to enhance affordable housing in the community following a recent meeting on April 7, 2025. The council approved a funding request aimed at upgrading a multifamily housing project, which is expected to extend the affordability of the units for an additional 30 years.

The project, managed by the Denton County Housing Authority, will address both internal and external upgrades to the property, which was originally built in 1984.
