Norman School Board Celebrates Excellence and Welcomes New Member Tori Collier

The newly established Principal of the Year award went to Dr. Catherine Miller from Jefferson Elementary, while the Norman Public School Foundation received the Public Ambassador Award for its ongoing support of classrooms and teachers.
