Fairhope City Council approves budget transfers for Flying Creek and Twin Beach projects

The Fairhope City Council held a work session and meeting on April 14, 2025, addressing several key projects and budgetary matters. This phase will include essential amenities such as signage and furniture for a newly added classroom and covered deck, necessitating a budget transfer of $100,000 from the general fund to the capital projects fund.

Another significant discussion involved the authorization of a $40,000 contract with Neil Schafer for engineering services at the Twin Beach and Founders intersection.
