Port Richey plans community drum circle for centennial celebration at Waterfront Park

The City Council of Port Richey is gearing up for a vibrant celebration during the upcoming Centennial Festival, with plans for a community drum circle now officially included in the festivities. Originally overlooked, the drum circle will take place on Sunday, April 18, 2025, at Waterfront Park, following discussions led by community member Ishmael Delgado, who has experience organizing similar events in neighboring areas.

Delgado has volunteered to cover the $150 cost for the event and will provide water and chairs, encouraging participants to bring their own instruments.
