Kuna City Council reviews future land use map revisions for smart growth planning

Kuna City Council has taken significant steps towards shaping the future of local development by approving a time extension for the preliminary plat of phases 1 and 2 of a major project during their meeting on April 15, 2025. The public works department confirmed that most underground improvements are already in place, with paving scheduled for this spring. In a pivotal discussion, the Future Land Use Map Advisory Committee presented a revised land use map aimed at better reflecting the community's needs and infrastructure capabilities.
