Madison Heights Council approves major auto repair facility at 31691 De Quindre Road

The Madison Heights City Council convened on April 15, 2025, to discuss a significant special land use request for a major auto repair and service facility at 31691 De Quindre Road. The property, currently zoned M1 La Industrial, is located on the west side of De Quindre, north of Whitcomb Avenue.
