The Mobile County Commission took a significant step towards raising awareness about sexual assault during its meeting on April 14, 2025, by officially proclaiming April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month. In 2024 alone, the center conducted over 400 programs, reaching more than 7,100 individuals across Mobile, Washington, and Clark Counties.
