Romeoville announces spring events including craft show and Midwest toy show

The Village of Romeoville is gearing up for a busy spring, with several exciting community events and initiatives announced during the recent Village Board meeting.

Trustee Clance highlighted the upcoming Spring Tide Craft Show, set for March 29 from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Romeoville Recreation Center. In addition, a "Dive-In Movie" event has been scheduled for March 21, with tickets now available for purchase. This unique experience allows families to enjoy a film while swimming, adding a fun twist to movie night.

The Village will also host a Midwest Toy Show on March 22 and 23 at the Athletic and Events Center, running from 10 AM to 5 PM each day. This event is expected to attract toy enthusiasts of all ages.

Trustee Clance also reminded residents about the scholarship applications available on the village's website, with submissions accepted until April.
