YMCA and Broward Health present Holiday Park development plans to Fort Lauderdale board

Fort Lauderdale's Planning and Zoning Board made significant strides during their meeting on April 16, 2025, particularly regarding the development of a new YMCA facility and an emergency room by Broward Health at Holiday Park. The YMCA, which recently opened its LA Lee Mizell Center, is set to expand with a new facility that promises to offer a range of recreational and wellness services. In addition to the YMCA, the project includes a standalone emergency room operated by Broward Health.
