Citrus County addresses junk and vehicle violations at Hernando property

Additionally, case number 202500127 addressed the presence of unlicensed and operable vehicles on the same property, violating Chapter 20, Article 4, Section 20-41.

The property, measuring 0.14 acres, was purchased in July 2020. Evidence presented included photographs from inspections conducted on January 30, February 24, and April 15, 2025, along with documentation of notices of violation and hearing. The compliance officer confirmed that the photos from each inspection were different, underscoring the ongoing nature of the violations.
