Briarreal Pizza and Wings celebrates one year of community-focused dining in Lehi

Brier Hill Pizza & Wings is celebrating its first anniversary, marking a year of serving the Struthers community with a unique twist on classic favorites. Owners George and Mary Lynn Horvath shared their journey during a recent city council meeting, highlighting their commitment to quality and community.

Since opening on April 18, the restaurant has distinguished itself in a competitive food landscape by offering not just pizza and wings, but also homemade soups, pepperoni rolls, and baked goods, including cookies and cinnamon rolls. Mary Lynn's special sauce recipe has become a signature element, setting their offerings apart from other local eateries.

George emphasized the importance of hard work and community support, stating, "Without the community support, we wouldn't have a business." He expressed gratitude for their customers, treating each one like family. The couple's dedication to customer service and quality has led to a growing loyal customer base, with many returning after their first visit.
