Greenwood Council orders demolition of unsafe buildings on East Main Street

The Plan Commission Meeting held on April 14, 2025, by the City Council of Greenwood, Indiana, focused on addressing the issue of unsafe buildings within the city. Following this, another motion was introduced to direct the city attorney to prepare findings of fact and an order regarding the commission's decision on the unsafe building matter. This motion also passed with an 8-0 vote.
