Topeka Parks and Recreation secures major sponsorships from Topeka ER and McElroy's

This program will be funded entirely through juvenile grant dollars, ensuring no county funds are utilized.

Lastly, the commission reviewed contracts with Epic LLC and Working Together LLC to integrate mental health services into the community corrections supervision process. This initiative, part of the Second Chance Act Grant, aims to provide free mental health assessments and treatment for probationers, addressing a significant factor in recidivism related to mental health issues.
