Toledo Planning Commission approves three final plats in Waterville Township

The Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commission convened on April 23, 2025, to address several final plat approvals crucial for local development. The final item on the agenda was Final Plat S-525, concerning Eagle Creek Plat 11 in Savenium Township. With all clearances in place, this plat was also approved without opposition.
