Midlothian City Council approves residential development plan with new helipad permit

Midlothian City Council has taken a significant step towards enhancing community safety and development by approving a motion to restrict certain residential lots to single-story homes. During the April 22, 2025, meeting, Councilman Alan Mormon proposed the motion, which aims to address safety concerns related to visibility at a critical intersection near Hunters Point.
