Lake Elsinore honors Bobber on the Lake as April business spotlight

This month, the spotlight was on "Bobber on the Lake," a family-owned barbecue restaurant recently opened by John Alacron and LaChelle Trigg. The restaurant, located at a newly renovated scenic launch point, aims to provide fresh food and a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. The owners expressed their commitment to creating a community gathering space, offering live music, karaoke, and open mic events.

The restaurant has quickly gained popularity, boasting nearly a five-star rating on Google from over 600 reviews, making it one of the top dining spots in Riverside County. In addition to their restaurant, the owners also manage JT's Rentals, which offers various water sports activities.

The council acknowledged the couple's dedication to the community, noting their involvement in local events such as the annual fishing derby and Oktoberfest, as well as their support for local high school teams.
