Mooresville Board approves conditional rezoning for retail development on Charlotte Highway

In a decisive move during the April 22, 2025, Planning Board meeting, Mooresville officials approved a conditional rezoning request that aims to enhance local development and community services. This change will limit the site to a maximum of 2,500 square feet and ensure that it accommodates retail sales and services.
