Hinsdale's Village Board has taken a significant step towards enhancing the local dining scene by approving the transition of the restaurant space at the train station from Casa Margherita to La Jolie, a high-end French country-themed restaurant. This decision, made during the board meeting on April 25, 2025, is expected to bring a fresh culinary experience to the community.

La Jolie aims to create an upscale yet approachable atmosphere, featuring a raw bar, wood-fired dishes, and a selection of fine wines and champagne.
