Placerville softball committee seeks funding to improve fields at Lions Park

Craig Larnsey, representing the newly formed Placerville Softball Committee, announced plans to establish a nonprofit organization aimed at funneling funds directly into park improvements. He expressed concerns about the high costs and health risks associated with turf fields, advocating instead for natural grass to ensure player safety and comfort.
