Chef unveils Casa Margarita's European-inspired menu and restaurant expansion plans

A new dining experience is on the horizon for Hinsdale, as plans for a revamped restaurant at Casa Margarita were unveiled during the Village Board meeting on April 22, 2025. The proposed menu promises a European and French influence, featuring dishes like steak frites, seafood towers, and steak tartare, all designed to elevate the local culinary scene.

The restaurant's design will include a striking entrance on Hinsdale Avenue, showcasing a wood fire grill and a raw bar, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons.
