Sheboygan approves construction of affordable 33-unit apartment complex

The second key discussion involved the sale of a small remnant parcel of land to Old World Creamery LLC. This parcel, which connects to the creamery's existing property, will be used to expand parking facilities as the business grows. The city will sell the land at an appraised price, which Old World Creamery will cover. Council members noted the importance of removing such small, unused parcels from city ownership, as they serve no public purpose and can hinder development.
