Middleville breaks ground on Midville flats and plans new McDonald's

During the recent Committee of the Whole meeting in Barry County, Michigan, Middleville Village Manager Craig Stolzenberg provided an exciting update on several key developments in the village. These projects reflect the community's growth and evolving infrastructure, which are poised to enhance local living conditions and economic opportunities.

One of the most significant announcements was the progress on the Middleville Flats, a new residential development located along M-37. Stolzenberg reported that construction has officially begun, with the first building's first floor nearing completion. The anticipated occupancy for this building is set for September or October, signaling a positive step towards addressing housing needs in the area.
