Deputy Secretary Landau honors fallen diplomats with wreath at Foreign Affairs Day

The Foreign Affairs Day Celebration held on May 3, 2025, marked a significant moment in honoring the sacrifices of foreign service members. Deputy Secretary Christopher Landau delivered a keynote address and participated in a historic wreath-laying ceremony at a newly unveiled USAID wall, which now stands alongside the traditional memorial plaque for the first time in the event's 60-year history.
