Sacramento County plans retail corridor revitalization through housing and community partnerships

Supervisor Rodriguez raised concerns about the sustainability of new businesses, stressing the importance of partnerships with local Chambers of Commerce and other organizations to support entrepreneurs. He noted that while establishing businesses is vital, ongoing support is essential for their long-term success.

The board concluded that a focused approach is necessary to identify which commercial corridors offer the highest potential for investment and development.
