Parks and Recreation Director Toby Ledesma, alongside Assistant Director Alexa Owen, leads a dedicated team that includes Maintenance Operator Matt Rice and Office Coordinator Kathy Schell, supported by 12 part-time employees. Together, they manage a vibrant hub that offers 35 programs for both children and adults, a 2,500 square foot gymnasium, and two meeting rooms available for rental. The center also hosts popular spring break and summer camps, ensuring that local youth have engaging activities throughout the year.

Foy is stationed at the recreation center from Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 2 PM, ready to assist seniors with various needs, from lawn care to home repairs. His role underscores the city’s dedication to supporting its older residents, ensuring they have access to essential services.
In addition to the recreation center's accomplishments, the city has made significant investments in infrastructure. Between 2020 and 2025, over $20 million was allocated for paving and rebuilding streets and roads in Rossford. This commitment to improving the community's infrastructure reflects the city council's ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
