Mayor Yadira Ramos Herber inaugurates New Rochelle's first indoor community recreation center

The REC Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held on May 5, 2025, in New Rochelle marked a significant milestone for the community, celebrating the opening of a new recreational facility designed for residents of all ages.
