Happy Hall expands afterschool programs serving students at Millbrae Elementary

The Millbrae Elementary School District (MESD) Board Meeting held on May 6, 2025, focused on the expanded learning opportunities provided by Happy Hall, a program that has been operating at Millbrae Elementary since 1997. Surveys conducted among families and students indicated high satisfaction levels, with many parents expressing appreciation for the program's staff and the variety of activities offered. Students reported enjoying their time at Happy Hall, with comments highlighting the fun and supportive environment.
