Sunnyvale Downtown Association announces summer arts festival and upcoming events

The Sunnyvale Downtown Association is gearing up for an exciting summer, as revealed during the City Council meeting on May 6, 2025. Director of Operations Christina Kosinski announced a series of vibrant community events, including the much-anticipated "Taste of the World" and Wine Stroll this weekend, aimed at enhancing local engagement and celebrating the diverse culinary offerings of the area.

In addition to this weekend's festivities, Kosinski highlighted the launch of a new monthly Sunday Arts Festival starting in June. This event will feature local artists, food trucks, and live music, transforming Plaza Del Sol into a lively hub for community interaction. The summer will also see the return of the "Jazz and Beyond" concert series, scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout July and August.

The meeting underscored the Downtown Association's commitment to fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, with the annual Halloween pet parade and holiday tree lighting also on the agenda for later this year.
