Spokane City Council approves park improvement levy and transportation plan updates

The Spokane City Council meeting on May 5, 2025, focused on several key initiatives aimed at enhancing community services and infrastructure. Council President Betsy Wilkerson announced the passage of a resolution to place a citywide park improvement levy on the ballot for November 4.
