Loveland officials address congestion concerns at Highway 402 and Boise intersection

In a recent Telephone Town Hall hosted by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), residents from Larimer, Weld, and Morgan counties voiced their concerns about traffic congestion and infrastructure improvements.
