Puerto Rico enacts Youth Natural Resources Watchmen Corps and environmental oversight measures

Despite a motion to return the project to committee, which was ultimately defeated, the assembly moved forward with the approval of the amended legislation. This decision reflects a commitment to enhancing environmental protection and engaging the community in conservation efforts.
