North Bend Council outlines fiscal sustainability and community development plans

During the recent North Bend City Council meeting, significant strides were made towards enhancing the city’s fiscal sustainability and community engagement. In a move to address housing affordability, the city is developing plans for a property purchased in downtown North Bend, which will provide affordable rental homes for families earning less than 60% of the King County median income. This initiative aims to ensure that North Bend remains a place where working families can thrive.
