Lafayette begins 2025 paving project and ADU incentive program launches soon

The remaining funds will support projects that secure a certificate of occupancy by October 1, 2026. The city plans to launch this ADU incentive program within the next six weeks, with applications to be made available online.

Additionally, the Planning Commission will review two significant proposals at their upcoming meeting. The first is a 48-unit all-affordable housing development by Sunflower Hill and Saha, located on city-owned property at 949 Moraga Road. This item will be informational, with no formal action required at this time. The second proposal involves the Oak Hill Place project, which includes 17 detached single-family homes and three ADUs, situated north of Deer Hill.
