The meeting continued with a change in employment status for Lisonbee Livering, who will transition from a gifted instructor at Cornwall Elementary School to a temporary assignment in intensive management, effective July 1, 2025, with an additional stipend.
The board then ratified the employment of several personnel for the 2024-2025 school year, pending completion of pre-employment materials. This included Amber Moore as a group leader for the summer maintenance crew and several other staff members for the same crew at varying hourly wages.
For the 2025-2026 school year, the board approved the hiring of Jillian Cheesum as a long-term substitute music instructor at Ebenezer Elementary School, along with various instructors and support staff for the English Language Development Camp, all at specified hourly wages.
The meeting concluded with the approval of the extended school year (ESY) staff list, ensuring that necessary personnel are in place for summer programs.
