Pulaski County Schools appoints new leaders including Scott Young as technology director

Scott Young was named the new director of technology, bringing 17 years of experience with the district. Other new appointments included Danitha Lawrence Hall as an assistant principal and Laura Pierce, who will also serve as an assistant principal at Crystal Hill Elementary.
