Operated by the company Via, the program will utilize three vans, two of which will be wheelchair accessible, to enhance mobility for residents, particularly those who may struggle with traditional fixed-route services.

The service area for the pilot program will cover key locations, including the airport and neighborhoods not currently served by existing routes, such as Princeton Valley and Villa Diane Mobile Home Park. City officials expressed optimism about the potential success of this program, particularly in gathering data on its effectiveness in serving these new areas.
