In the heart of Panama City, the City CRA meeting on May 6, 2025, illuminated significant developments in local projects, particularly the Millville Waterfront Park and the upcoming Millville Bond Project. Currently, $648,556 has been spent, with funding support from a USDA tree grant and contributions from the Central Panhandle Association for Realtors. The construction of an amphitheater is underway, expected to be completed by the end of May, while plans for restroom facilities are set to commence once the amphitheater is finished. Additionally, an interactive learning path sponsored by the United Way is in the works, alongside designs for a bike safety village and parking lots, which are being developed by city engineer Tina Bridal.
