Beehive Bazaar partners with iHub for parking solution in Provo

The applicants clarified that they do not intend to host large crowds or dance events, focusing instead on intimate gatherings. They plan to maintain operational hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, aligning with local noise ordinances.

The applicants confirmed that no structural changes would be made to the building's exterior, aside from a new roof. They also clarified that the overflow parking is not included in their lease with iHub but is based on a mutual agreement with Church.
