Jayla Evans showcases achievements as Howard High School graduation approaches

Notably, she founded a crochet business named ACOS, which stands for A Couple Stitches, focusing on sustainable crochet products like hats and bags for young adults. Since starting her business in July 2023, Jayla has gained recognition, winning $5,000 in a local competition and $10,000 in a poultry slam, which she plans to use for her education.

Looking ahead, Jayla is set to attend Georgia State University, where she will major in business administration with a minor in economics. She expressed gratitude for her experiences in Bibb County, stating that they have shaped her into a stronger leader.
