River's Edge Restaurant and Pub introduces Italian menu and summer patio opening

The Marseilles City Council meeting on May 17, 2025, featured a presentation from River's Edge Restaurant and Pub, highlighting its upcoming opening and menu offerings. Tegan, a representative of the restaurant, introduced the establishment's Italian-inspired menu, which includes a variety of dishes such as stuffed mushrooms, steak bites, sausage and peppers, vodka rigatoni, and chicken parmesan steaks.

In addition to the food, River's Edge will offer a selection of crafted cocktails, including margaritas, a spiked tea, and a signature 50-ounce fishbowl drink called the Blue Lagoon. Tegan also mentioned the Cold Brew Martini as a personal favorite.

The restaurant will operate from Tuesday to Thursday from 4 PM to 10 PM, and on Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, with Sunday hours from 11 AM to 9 PM. Tegan emphasized the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant, encouraging patrons to enjoy meals and drinks on the patio during the summer months.

The presentation aimed to inform the community about the restaurant's offerings and foster a welcoming environment for families and friends to gather. The council expressed support for the new establishment, recognizing its potential to enhance the local dining scene.
