Wellington Board reviews mixed-use project plans for Marketplace development

The Wellington Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board convened on May 21, 2025, to discuss significant developments in the community, including a comprehensive plan amendment and a mixed-use project proposal for the Marketplace at Wellington.
