Lakewood Development Site Plan Approved With Traffic Conditions and Amenities

Prosper's Planning and Zoning Commission made significant strides in urban development during their meeting on May 22, 2025, approving a preliminary site plan for a new 53-acre campus located on the east side of Lakewood Drive, north of University Drive. This development will feature an administration building, a community center, and a pavilion, totaling over 149,000 square feet.
