The meeting underscored SourcePoint's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in the community through various programs and initiatives.

SourcePoint's executive team presented impressive statistics, revealing that in 2024, the organization served over 2,000 individuals through its in-home care services. These services include personal care, emergency response, and medical transportation, all aimed at helping older adults remain in their homes and avoid costly facility-based care. Notably, 82% of clients reported no unplanned care transitions, which can lead to negative health outcomes.

The organization also operates an enrichment center that served nearly 3,728 individuals, with 91% of participants reporting healthy days each month. This metric reflects the overall health status of older adults, emphasizing the importance of community engagement and support.

SourcePoint's Meals on Wheels program delivered over 247,000 meals last year, demonstrating its commitment to addressing food insecurity among seniors.
