Simi Valley City Council selects representatives for film roundtable discussion

The City of Simi Valley is gearing up for a significant film roundtable discussion set for May 29, 2025, aimed at enhancing local film activity and promoting Simi Valley as a prime filming location. The Ventura County Film Commission, in collaboration with the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce, will host the event at 99.1 The Ranch in the Simi Valley Town Center.

To ensure effective representation without forming a city council quorum, the council has designated Mayor Kavanaugh and Council Member Ayala to attend the discussion alongside local studio owners and entertainment industry stakeholders.
