Terrell proposes 1500-acre master plan with 27 parks and community connectivity

The Planning and Zoning Commission of Terrell, Texas, has unveiled an ambitious master plan aimed at transforming a significant area of land into a vibrant community that integrates natural features and historical elements of the city.
