Burnsville City Council recognizes EMS week and student military commitments

The Burnsville City Council meeting on May 20, 2025, kicked off with a blend of in-person and online participation, allowing residents to engage through various platforms, including Zoom and local Comcast channels. Among the highlights were three significant proclamations. The first recognized Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week, celebrating the vital role of first responders in the community. Following this, the council honored Military Appreciation Week, acknowledging students who have chosen military careers, showcasing the city’s commitment to supporting and recognizing those who serve.
