The Bethany High School graduation ceremony took place on May 22, 2025, celebrating the achievements of the graduating class. The event began with a warm welcome and recognition of outstanding juniors, including Abigail Carpenter, Noah Eskridge, Luke Gillespie, Ella Jesse, Jessica Swedlow, and Emma Swindell. Attendees were asked to hold their applause until all honorees were introduced.
The ceremony highlighted the contributions of Bethany Public Schools administrators, who were acknowledged for their leadership in providing an excellent educational experience. Present were Mr. Marchineau, the high school assistant principal; Mrs. Donnelly, the middle school principal; Mrs. Chavez, the elementary school principal; and Miss Williams, the director of special services. Their presence underscored the support for the graduates.

Subscribe for Free The school counselors, Mrs. Melton and Mrs. Marchionneux, were also recognized for their roles in guiding students through their graduation requirements and future choices. Superintendent Dr. Reuben Bellas was introduced next, followed by members of the Bethany Public Schools Board of Education, including Mr. Chad Jaggers, Mr. Kent Walstad, Mrs. Lisa Yates, Mr. Lehi Pettit, and Mrs. Angela Palmer.
The faculty was invited to stand, with a message of pride conveyed to the students for their accomplishments. Special recognition was given to the senior class sponsors—Mr. Forrester, Mr. Arthur, and Miss Tackett—who dedicated significant time to organizing senior activities.
The ceremony concluded with the Pledge of Allegiance, led by senior class vice president Caitlin Donnelly, fostering a sense of unity and patriotism among the graduates and attendees. This graduation ceremony not only celebrated the students' achievements but also highlighted the collaborative efforts of the school community in supporting their educational journey.
