Omni Brewing founders introduce plans for Victoria taproom expansion and upgrades

The City of Victoria Regular Council Meeting held on April 14, 2025, began with announcements and community events, followed by the adoption of the meeting agenda. The council welcomed residents to participate in "Donuts in Victoria" on April 16, where city engineers will present upcoming transportation projects. They expressed their commitment to maintaining the brewery's community spirit while enhancing the taproom experience with expanded hours, a new coffee nook, and an updated food menu. They plan to officially take over operations in mid-May, with a grand opening anticipated in July, pending state approvals.
