Loudoun County reviews St. Louis village plan and Quantum Park data center project

Loudoun County's Planning Commission is gearing up for significant discussions in their upcoming work session, scheduled for June 12, 2025. The agenda will feature two critical Comprehensive Plan Amendments (CPAMs): the St. Louis Village Plan and the 2024 review CPAM, alongside a presentation on the Quantum Park data center project.

During the recent public hearing, staff member Brian highlighted the importance of these upcoming discussions, particularly the feedback session regarding the phase 2 data center project on Loudoun County Parkway. Randall Farren and Dan Galindo are set to present details and gather input from the commission before advancing to the board with their work plan.

Commissioner Myers emphasized the need for community engagement, requesting that staff send reminders to stakeholders about the June 12 meeting, encouraging public comments. This proactive approach aims to ensure that community voices are heard in the planning process.

Additionally, the commission discussed the St. Louis Village Plan, which has undergone significant community input. Robin Nees, a key contributor, prepared a marked-up version of the plan reflecting community suggestions.
